What you can expect from our services:

  • The first meeting our estimator will be dressed in uniform and arrive in a company vehicle.  He will walk your property or home with you to discuss the project.  He will then provide you with a folder with an estimate, our warranty information, a color selection sheet, as well as references.
  • Upon contract acceptance we will have a meeting discussing the color selections, a start date (including a time line for completion), as well as discussing the items you should remove prior to us arriving on the start date (typically breakable items and disconnecting any electronics).
  • On the start date all of our staff will arrive in full uniform.  Then we have a 6 step process for preparation in order to protect your home & valuables as follows:
    • Make sure the customer has removed all breakable items as well as disconnected any electronics.
    • All furniture is moved to the center of the room and covered in plastic.
    • Clean drop cloths are placed on the floor.
    • All pictures are taken down and placed in a safe place.
    • All switch plates are removed from walls.
    • All blinds and window coverings are removed.
  • The work area is cleaned daily removing all trash and moving materials to a safe place.
  • Upon completion we have a 6 step process for final cleanup, which will be completed within 1 to 2 hours upon completion of the project.
    • All trash is removed from work area.
    • All furniture is moved back..
    • Switch plates are placed back.
    • Blinds and window treatments are placed back.
    • Pictures are hung back on walls.
    • MAKE SURE CUSTOMER IS 100% SATISFIED!!
